It can be utilized, in order to create nutritious, tasty and healthy food, which is friendly to the environment. The idea is to convert alternative ingredients, such as proteins from algae, beet leaves, or insects into healthy products. It also opens the door for food customization. Consequently, it can be used to prepare meals in accordance with individual needs and preferences.
